Our graduate program is an exciting opportunity to develop practical experience related to your study and learn all about the land development industry. Upon entering our graduate program you will participate in a six-month rotation working across all four of our business divisions; Finance and Strategy, Business Development and Marketing, Metropolitan, Regional and Industrial teams. During the rotational period you will be exposed to all facets of the business and will have an opportunity for on-the-job learning, participating in external training and learning more about LandCorp and the property industry.

At the end of the rotational period you’ll become a Project Officer, assisting and supporting the Project Manager in your business division. Many of our past graduates now manage large-scale land developments like Perth’s waterfront and Alkimos.
